Photographs

Photographs that are used used for Decor and More Websites and Portfolio has the permission of the clients.  No photos will be taken and used without consent of the clients.  Any photos taken for the use of the project will be confidential and remain in the clients file and will not be used unless otherwise, with written permission from the clients.

Consulting Services

Décor and More will service Business and Residential homes.  I will come to your home or Business to discuss a plan and some ideas for a room office area, and space you would like to Decorate.  Décor and More Interiors will provide Services for one room, office, or an entire space to capture to full function of the area.  Décor and More will measure any room areas and make a computerized floor plan of the room, prepare a work schedule, and give an estimated cost that is based on the clients’ budget.  Décor and More Interiors will hire Sub-Contractors, and purpose the needed supplies and materials to complete the process.  . Décor and More Interiors always encourages client to be involved with the Planning of their project. 

Residential Home Owners

After the consultation  process is completed. Decor and More Interiors with begin shopping for Items that the client may like for the room.  Photos of all items will be  placed on an specification sheet which will be in detail for the clear understanding for the client.  This will include price, color, make of material, manufacture, item number, fabrics, pattern and more.  The specification sheet will be approved by the client before any ordering was placed or any purchasing  from local or online stores.  Decor and More will assist the client to select Furniture/Fixtures, Flooring/Finishes , Window Treatments, Art, Wall Treatments, and Accessories.  Decor and More will assist the client with any home decor needed to make the home functional to their needs.  All rooms that are to be completed will have  Computerized Floor Plans along with the placement of the clients furniture.  A 3D design will also be available for the client to see what their room will look like. 

Builders/Developers

Decor and More Interiors also assist builders/developers in make the clients new home comfortable and function to their needs.  Decor and more Interiors will assist both the builder/developer in the design of the home whether it is custom built of not.  I will assist with any ideas for Architectural design in order to make either the client or to help the sale of any new home.  Decor and More will offer this service for the entire home or a room.  This service includes:

Real Estate Staging

If you are an agent of a real Estate company, or a seller of a home, Décor and More Interiors will go into your home and prepare the home to be desirable by showing off its potential.  Décor and More will take a detailed walk though your home to get ideas for the best way to show off your home.  If you are having an open house, Décor and More Interiors will spice up you home using formal and Informal place settings.  Placing scented candles around the home, which will make it welcoming for your guest.  In addition, Decor and More Interiors will use any other ideas that will bring the best out of your home.  This assistance will require 4 days for planning, setting up time, and take down time.  This service is offered by appointment only.  Time and materials will determine all charge.
 

Planning Events

For planning for a special event, Décor and More Interiors will come to the clients home to discuss ideas for the event.  The client may come to my office to discuss some ideas, plans, place to which the event will take place.  Depending on the need for the event, I will assist on the rearrangements on the day of the event.  Décor and More Interiors can assist on table settings, centerpieces, Décor and More Interiors will rent or purchase idea if needed.  Assistance in the planning of the event will also be available if the client desires.

Holiday Planning

Décor and More Interiors will assist with decorating your home with holiday cheer.  Décor and More Interiors will also assist with planning and decorating for holiday parties.  This service is by appointment only.  All appointments are encourage to start early so you parties will be the talk of the office or neighborhood. 

 Décor and More Interiors have a variety of suppliers for clients to use in purchasing all the necessary items to make their space functional and unique. These services include everything from your home Décor, Wall/Window Treatments, flooring, furniture, Accessories and lighting.  Décor and More Interiors also offer services for special events, parties, and business meetings has a recommended catering service.

Redesign

Decor and More Interiors will take existing furniture along with Accessories  and use them to design a new look for the room. 

Using this concept, any furniture that is in attics or other areas of the home can be used to designed an unique space for the client which would be functional and different.  Art and Accessories can also be rearranged to create a different look for the room.  With redesign items that are in the home are used, the purchasing of new items will be the clients decision.   This concept is inexpensive  and  hassle free, no shopping and waiting for items to be delivered.
